That sums up my approach to personal training, which is why I don't make as much money as I could working in a gym. But that doesn't matter to me, my mission is not just to make money by helping you gain muscle and lose fat, it's to give you all the tools and knowledge you need to progress in your physical abilities without my help or that of the team.

When you choose one of the personalised plans, I'll not only guide you through the process, I'll explain the why behind the key principles and tools you need to become independent and get the best body you've ever had!
And the best part? It's only 3 months and it costs less than one or two weekly sessions with a personal trainer at your local gym.
Once you've chosen your plan, you'll book a date book a date for the initial assessment and be sent a questionnaire. Once this is complete, you'll receive your training plan within 3-5 working days. If everything is to your liking, you're ready to start. If you need to make any adjustments, you can request changes and we'll prepare everything before you start. I'll then give you the official start date. This will usually be the following Monday. In my experience, Monday is the best day for most clients to start programmes, but it's not compulsory, you can start on any day.
Of course it will! Most of our clients are professionals with families or students and our programmes are designed for people like you.
The team and I will design your programme taking into account key lifestyle factors that assess both your time and energy availability, how many times a week you can train, how much time you have to prepare meals and even festive family meals if necessary. Depending on your plan and initial assessment, we'll take it all into account!
I hope so! I encourage you to invite someone to join you. If your family and loved ones are in tune with you and are also trying to adopt healthier habits, exercise regularly, eat a regular diet, drink more water and get healthier, it's much easier to resist the unhealthy habits we acquire and greatly increases the chances of achieving your goals and improving your health and that of those closest to you. But remember, the personalised plan is your training, for them it will be exercise, which is always good, but the goals are yours.
But it's easy, I can offer a 20% discount for couples who want a shared experience with different goals, and I'll make any necessary changes to the plan for you to do with the kids... if you have them.
No problem! You can have a bespoke training plan whether you're a complete beginner or have been training for years. Training plans are tailored to your individual abilities and we'll start your training experience exactly where you need to start and progress at an appropriate pace so that you can maintain a satisfying and rewarding progression on your own.
Great! Most of my clients are familiar with the basics of exercise, calorie control, sleep habits and have a solid knowledge of strength training. However, we've found that putting it all into practice is another matter. Most people need a bridge between the knowledge and the implementation of that knowledge on a daily basis. That's where my team and I come in. In addition to bespoke programming and the availability of a personal trainer, you'll receive knowledge and strategies to overcome any obstacles and ensure that the proven fundamentals can be implemented and maintained according to your particular circumstances.
Oh no! The horror!...But no problem. The team and I are experts at making what we have work for you and getting maximum results from what you have. Whether you can only do bodyweight exercises or have a fully equipped gym, we'll set you up for success. But... let's be realistic about how much progress you can make. If your goal is to deadlift 180kg and all you've got is rubber bands, we're not going to tell you that you're going to achieve it, but we're going to point you in the right direction so that you can achieve it in the future when you have the right resources. If you want to maintain muscle mass and lose fat and all you've got is a pair of dumbbells or a few jugs of water, we're sure we can give you realistic options to help you make the most informed decisions for your journey.
Just as we work with you if you have limited equipment, we do the same if you have to travel a lot for work.
For clients who travel regularly, we offer a range of tools to make the programme as successful as possible. We adapt the training plan with limited equipment and suggest different 'traveller-friendly' meal strategies. Most importantly, we keep our clients focused on the essentials - not falling into the trap of ignoring their health until they have their schedules in place, because we know that is often the excuse we give ourselves for not sticking to the right routines.
